Our AR - Augmented Reality - Comic Project

View this post on Instagram

Come to the @kznsagallery May 2-6 with the Artivive app and 🤯 see art that is part of the American Arts Incubator come alive through augmented reality. Here's Khalid Mather, a local environmental activist, on the value of organising and standing up! It's part of our group piece "Water Line" . It was great fun to learn and create as part of the workshop run by the calm and dogged #ramdevineni creator of the brilliant comic @priyashakti We are keen to make projects with learners incorporating their art, coding, and AR. . #ar #artiviveapp #artivive #augmentedreality #aai #systemchangenotclimatechange #glenwood031 #kznsagallery @artiviveapp

Learning to Code with CodeMakers and Scratch - Viewer to Do-er

View this post on Instagram

Animator? Software developer? Entrepreneur? Learning computational thinking with Scratch and CodeMakers can take you down many different paths. Nkanyiso has gone from someone who thought he might want to become an animator maybe some day to a grade 10 learner with a portfolio of clever well executed projects. He might end up in a completely different career but if he does he now knows he has the power to create. More of his fabulous projects #cmnkanyiso . Love the Scratch/DSTV remix and the attention to detail in remaking the Scratch interface. That nearly did him in. . #younganimator #southafricananimator #africananimator #southafricananimation #africananimation #scratchcoding #scratchmit #scratchanimation #kidswhocode #csforall #cs4all #chesterville #catomanor #durban #southafrica
